We welcome security research and coordinated disclosure on any VSERV-operated system or service. Please email security@vservinfosystems.com with details of the issue and a way to reach you. We acknowledge reports within one business day and publish a remediation timeline within five. Researchers acting in good faith will not face legal action from VSERV.
SOC 2 reports, ISO certificates, DPAs, BAAs, and policy excerpts are available to current and qualified prospective clients on request. We respond within one business day.
